Who Is Susan Barker?

Susan has lived in Appleton, Wisconsin since 1990, when she moved to the Fox Cities with her husband George. Before becoming a designer Susan worked as a Dental Hygienist for 16 years. Susan decided to make a change and went back to school. It has been an adventure she would not trade for the world. There is so much to learn and experience in this lifetime. Susan believes her calling is to help improve individuals home and business environments. Remember we spend a large part of our lives there, so it is vital they are warm, cozy and inviting. Hobbies include books, travel and bike riding. Biographies and autobiographies are her first love. Travel to historic locations are great fun, including old restored homes. There are lots of beautiful sites right here in Wisconsin and plenty of travel spots to enjoy throughout our great U.S. of A. Amy was the Barker's Maltese that had been an important member of the family for a long time. She went to Doggie Heaven in July of 2009. She had a wonderful life and gave the Barker family 14 wonderful years. Her body simply gave out from old age. They added a new member to the family in December 2009. Her name is Sophie and she is a distant cousin of Amy.
